Crossplay, the online multiplayer online game that has attracted hundreds of millions of players around the world, will hold its finals in Delhi next month.
With a grand prize of Rs 6,000 crore, the game will crown the fourth Apex Legends champion, following the first three champions, who are all ranked in the top five in the world.
Apex Legends, the largest multiplayer online competition in the country, was founded in 2016 by former ITC chairman, former Indian Football Association (IFA) chairman, retired cricketing great Lalit Modi and his son, Shrikant, who is also a board member of Apex Legends.
The first match was held in November last year.
Crossplay has seen huge growth over the last few years as it became the most popular and most popular game in the Indian market, and has been the number one game for almost a year now.
It was the second most popular online game in India after FIFA.
In December 2016, it was ranked as the most played online game by Google, and in January 2017, it surpassed 500 million monthly unique visitors.
In 2016, Apex Legends had a population of nearly 30 million people.
Its members have more than 15,000 registered players.
A huge number of games have been created over the years, but it has always been a small number of top players who have been the most successful in the industry.
The top 10 players in the history of the game are the likes of Shrikanth, Lalit, Vishwanath, Amit Kumar, Shikhar, Shashi Tharoor, Vijay Mallya, Kapil Dev, Rahul Gandhi, Amitabh Bachchan, Ravi Shastri and Suresh Raina.
They are followed by a group of three players – Vishwananth, Kapir and Amit Kumar – who have over 10,000 games.
The Apex Legends crossplay finals will be held on December 23, in Delhi.
The tournament is open to everyone, with anyone able to play.
